Your Sustainer Membership includes our award-winning Nine PBS Magazine, one thank-you gift per year, and so much more.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my debit or credit card be charged?
We will set up your sustainer Membership as soon as we receive your authorization. After your initial gift, your debit or credit card will then be charged on the 15th of each month.
What if my sustainer Membership is delinquent or I miss a payment?
If for any reason we are unable to process your ongoing payments, we will attempt to contact you to ensure the continuation of your Sustainer Membership.
Is my contribution tax-deductible?
Yes! We will send you an acknowledgement stating your total contribution and the fair-market value of any thank you gift you may have received.
How do I receive my thank you gift each year?
Simply call Member Services at (800) 729-9966 or (314) 512-9199 to request a specific thank you gift.
Will my employer match my sustaining gift?
Your employer may match your sustaining contribution. However you will need to contact your employer’s human resources department for terms and conditions.
How do I make changes to my Sustainer Membership?
If you would like to change your monthly payments or have any questions regarding your Sustainer Membership, please contact Member Services at (800) 729-9966 or (314) 512-9199. Please allow 7-10 days for the change to take effect in the system.
By selecting the Sustaining Membership option, you authorize a monthly donation to be drafted from your bank or be charged to your credit card. This will remain in effect until you notify Nine PBS of any changes and Nine PBS has reasonable time to act on it.
