Father Brown Is Back with a Brand-New Season

Email share

Father Brown follows a kindly cleric as he solves crimes in his community. Each episode sees the enigmatic priest investigate a crime in his own way, using intuition and psychology. Many years spent hearing his parishioners' confessions have given Father Brown uncanny insight into the workings of the criminal mind. But he's more concerned with saving souls than in bringing the guilty to justice.

The popular period crime drama set in Cotswolds, in central-southwest England, during the early 1950s has been a hit since 2013.

The first episode, titled “The Winds of Change,” Father Brown discovers that a murderer is using Kembleford’s new model village to plan their attacks. He also needs to find a new secretary following Mrs. McCarthy's departure.

Fridays at 8 pm on Nine PBS and livestream.
